After a few searches through various Catholic sources, I created a short list of options for my own use. It is important to realize that, as individuals in varying circumstances, we may all have specific differences with this list. My intention is simply to solidify a plan for my analytical self and share it with others as a suggestion.

18 minutes: Adoration
Thanks to the hour with Our Lord, our meditations and resolutions pass from the conscious to the subconscious and then become motives of action. The change is effected by Our Lord, who fills our heart and works through our hands. To give Christ to others, one must possess Him. I have a prayer tote that I carry all my prayer items, whether I am doing a Holy Hour in the chapel or spending time in morning prayer in my living room. Closing prayer and Litany – The last 10 – 15 minutes, I again speak to God from my heart telling Him how much I love Him and thanking Him for this time together. I close my Holy Hour with a recitation of the Litany to the Sacred Heart.

Use Your Holy Water to Bless Your Home and Family.
Western culture has formed us to be productive, not to “waste” time alone in silence. Since we are uncomfortable as we sit before the tabernacle, it is difficult to discern a clear plan of action. We might wonder if we are to wait for inspiration, use some formal format of prayer, or simply sit and wait with Him.
After 10 minutes of praying I was distracted, fidgety, and completely losing focus. It was hard for me to sit in silence and even harder to quiet my mind. Some people follow books that guide you through the Hour and others just do whatever feels natural at the time. You might wish to express your thoughts of sorrow for all these sins. Pray for particular people, those who are away from the Church and the Sacraments.

One way to begin meditating on the Scripture is simply to begin committing it to memory until you can recite it perfectly. As you do, you will tend to notice the words and their connections more.
Finally, we can pray in this time for the peace among all nations for which Jesus lived and died—and that it might become a reality in our troubled world today. Making holy water requires a certain number of steps that you must follow in exact order, but there is one thing that you need in order to finalize the last step – a holy man. But don’t worry, we won’t leave you empty-handed.
